Meet Kaitlin:
The head trainer here at KH Eventing.
Kaitlin has been in the saddle as long as she can remember. She comes from a family of horse-woman, with her grandmother being an Eventer and her mother a Hunter-Jumper. Kaitlin began teaching in 2017 and what we know today as HK Eventing began in 2019.
Her inspirations come from the likes of Rick Wallace, Lainey Ashker, Lara Anderson, and Elly Schobel.
Kaitlin believes in starting both riders and horses with a strong foundation, which can been seen in the personalization and care she brings into each lesson and time she steps into the saddle.
In the future, Kaitlin hopes to start a small breeding program producing top US-bred sport horses. But for now, her focus remains bringing along horses and students through all levels of eventing.
The Barn:
Established in 2019, Kaitlin has brought together her love of eventing, teaching, and developing horses to create a full-service training and show barn.
Regardless if you're looking to learn to ride, own your own horse, or are wanting to establish yourself with a group of like-minded, fun, horse-loving individuals you will find yourself at home here.
From daily lessons, on and off property clinics, and shows there is something for everyone.
